In this post, I'm sharing the Glaski v. Bank of America decision. This is a very good California decision from the Court of Appeals.
There are a lot of people who are still in their homes after the foreclosure crisis. Some of them will benefit from the case law that was not in place early on in foreclosure. This decision addresses many of the issues in foreclosure paperwork that I am still finding in loan audits.
I am still finding issues with transfers long after the mortgage pool would have closed, suspected forgeries, robosigners, authority to make substitutions of the trustee, and others.
