Video: Three Steps to Plan for Strategic Default

If this is your first visit to my website, welcome! My name is Christine Springer and I'm the founder of Desert Edge Legal Services and the author of the content on this site.

I'm not feeling so hot today, so I'm sharing a video I uploaded to YouTube from 2010, called Three Steps to Plan for Strategic Default, which has more than 27K views and was my most-viewed video. I've taken down most of my old content but this one was popular so I left it up.

The video is related to my post Preparing for Default on Your Home Loan, which I published last week.

Although strategic default was a hot topic then, the steps to prepare for default are still good ones, even if you're not defaulting intentionally.

By the way...in case you are wondering why I am posting so much, it's because I'm on day 12 of a 14 day challenge to get back to blogging regularly.

I'm ready to get my business going again after the pandemic. Content creation is still a viable way to market a business, and I already had all the infrastructure set up – a website, media channels, etc. I rarely have trouble finding things to say, and I don't want to go work in an office somewhere, and so here we are.

It's been good to be back, and I'm finding my voice again. However, I promise, I won't be writing like this forever.

I'm nearly finished with the interesting foreclosure defense related stuff that I've been saving from my Google Alerts, and so I will need to start writing my own stuff instead of adding commentary to things other people write about.

That takes a lot of time, and then I am very long winded, and I wind up getting off topic, and that means I have several half-finished posts.

Thanks for reading! And if you would like to support my small business, you can purchase a small monthly subscription for $5 on your dashboard when you log in.

See you tomorrow! Christine
